What payment method is allowed?

We accept all MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway). If you have an Indian bank account, you can also transfer your payment directly to us using our payment gateway's net banking facility.

Can I return an Item?

We can return your order only if there is some serious damage issue regarding the products. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods. (please refer to partial item/partial order or a tampered package).

How can I determine the Size?

The size of the products are mentioned in the product description area.

How can I cancel an Order

Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us- 'Requesting for a Cancellation' through email, within 12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm this cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible.

Are Fubalife products available internationally?

Yes, we export our products directly to our international customers once the payment has been completed. If you would like to request a shipment to a country, please contact us (fubalife@gmail.com) to inquire if we can ship to your location.

Are all Fubalife products made from original human hair?

Yes! We source our hair from our Indian temples where the hair is donated by the devotees. We then, select the best for making our products.

I have received a partial item/partial order or a tampered package. What should I do?

Kindly reach out to us (at fubalife@gmail.com) within 24 - 48 hours from date of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. We request you to please make note of the below pointers:

-The images of the outer packaging and other boxes without opening and/or a video clip to show the damage.

-Please do not open the packages and use the item for which complaint has been raised.

-You may be required to share further informations, like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

-The refund or exchange (if applicable) will be done only after the investigation has been successfully completed.

- You may not be eligible for a refund, if there is a:

           -Failure to provide complete information about the case.

           -Failure to provide images of the unopened packets/products.

What currency will my order be billed in?

Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit / credit card. All the prices shown on Fubalife website would be in US$ or INR depending on the ordering and delivery location.

How can I modify my order?

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.
